My vintage headphones

The other day I stumbled upon these wonderful headphones while looking for something in the basement (which consists of a completely disorganised mess, naturally). They used to belong to my grandfather. The brand is Pioneer, model SE-30, 8 Ohm. One of those black "ear-cushions" was missing and this got on your nervers after wearing them for more than an hour. So I came up with an ingenious kludge (hooray for contradictions): I just got myself some tape that sticks on two sides and attached this small piece of foam I had laying around (I think I got it once when I received a floppy through snail mail. Imagine, a floppy... must have been a long time ago).

The sound quality is still excellent, if you ask me. And because the earpieces cover your whole ears you'll hear less background noise.
