Exercise 1 Compare Schatzki's exposition of Wittgenstein's view on rule following with Davidson's idea of a passing theory. Are there any resemblances with Gadamer's analysis of hermeneutic interpretation? 
Exercise 2 
One problem that arises in analyses which view meaning and interpretation as primarily socially constructed, is that of change of meaning and that of the introduction of new meanings. Under which conditions will changed meanings and new meanings still be comprehensible? 
Exercise 3 
Behaviour and mental conditions are intimately related, according to Schatzki. Is this relationship causal? Why (not)? Illustrate your answer with reference to passages in Zettel. How does the nature of the relation between behaviour and mental conditions affect intelligibility?
